Ok, well, this place is disappointing for the history of the town. Its like a very British approximation of a theme park being a spa. There is a rooftop pool. The rooms are not hot enough. The town’s museum of the ancient Roman baths with projections of people using them like olden times is great. Book ahead because its popular, but didn’t seem very special. The only special thing is this: one room has three ceramic chaises, with wall to wall led lit star wallpaper surface, and 4k videos of Hubble imagery shit. That is trippy and great and at no other spa. Space Spa. Love it! The middle chaise is the hottest, there’s a long line to get in.
